larval gonad transplants

Hi all,
	I am a graduate student at the University of Virginia and
I'm trying to work out larval gonad transplantation in our lab. However,
I'm having difficulties with the survival rate.  If you know of anyone
currently using this procedure who would be willing to help me
troubleshoot, I'd really appreciate it.
