sectioning questions

I have two (hopefully) fairly basic questions:

Can anyone give me a protocol (or a good reference) for fixing and 
embedding adult drosophila for paraffin sectioning?   I know the 
basic steps, but not the best reagents and optimal timings.

Secondly, is there a way to remove eye pigment prior to or post 
sectioning to avoid strong background in fluoresence in situs?
