cytological explanation needed

Dear Drosophilist’s,
I did some complementation analysis with the stocks of the Deficiency
Kit for the second Chromosome and my EMS induced mutants.

One of these stocks is B-#4959:

Stock Number: 4959
Genotype: Df(2L)C'/CyO
Chromosome(s): 2
Breakpts/Insertion: 040h35;040h38L


Is there anybody who can explain me the cytological information given
for this stock?

Which part of the second Chromosome is absent in the mentioned
Deficiency?

What is meant by "040h35” and "040h38L”?
