how to humidify incubators

Hi,
We are having trouble keeping some of our incubators humid. The rel
humidity in our 25C incubator is around 30% - I understand 60% is the
optimum. We have a large tray of water in the bottom of the incubator, but
this is clearly not enough.
Does anyone have any suggestions for either a way of humidifying the
incubators or a fly food recipe that doesn't dry out so much?
Thanks,
Emily
