homology

a relative laymen here just curious about what the homology is between
drosophila and human and mouse and human at the genome level.  

I realize this is not a straightforward number but the lay press does quote
the 99% figure for chimps and humans and I am wondering if such a number
exists for the other species (human to mouse, human to drosphila, human to
C. elegans and human to yeast) or at least an idea of what % of proteins are
unique among the species?
