I am looking into possible epitopes to use for tagging the N terminal of a protein that I plan to over-expressed in the eye disc. Does anyone know which tags have worked well in the eye imaginal disc and which antibodies to them produce minimum cross reaction with other proteins? Thankyou L Firth ---
