Drosophila RNAi Constructs

Open Biosystems can supply you with Drosophila RNAi constructs (dmRNAi) for
over 7,000 genes in 24 hours!  For each gene, 300-600 bases of exonic
sequence was amplified by gene specific primers.  The dmRNAi constructs
contain dual T7 promoters, are stable and RNAse free, making them ready for
direct use in in vitro transcription.  Utilizing commercial IVT systems,
yields of 700ug were obtained from the supplied dmRNAi.

 

The genes are available individually or in 96-well plates (72).  All of Open
Biosystems' products are available with No Strings AttachedT.  We supply the
RNAi constructs, you publish the results!
