dear sir,

i am working as a junior research fellow for a renowned institute at mumbai, india.

my basic work is protein biochemistry which integrates working with drosophila.

i have been looking through the database for a thorough protocol regarding whole fly & embryo extract preparation for immunoprecipitation but not with great satisfaction.

i seek your kind guidance regarding this.
