Sockeye Release 1.1

The Genome Sciences Centre has launched a new version of the Sockeye genome browser software which has some features which would be of interest to those wanting to perform alignments between Drosophila genes and their orthologues.

This free  software can be accessed at http://www.bcgsc.ca/gc/bomge/sockeye
