A POST-DOCTORAL POSITION is immediately available at Rice University for
NASA-supported studies of gravity sensing in Drosophila. Studies will
involve molecular and genetic characterization of mutant loci and
collaborative behavioral and micro array work. Research will culminate in
an experiment on the International Space Station. Candidates must have a
Ph.D. and strong background in molecular biology and preferably, experience
in Drosophila genetics. The Rice University campus is in the center of the
Museum/MedCenter area of Houston and is renowned for its architectural
beauty. Rice has extensive links to all of the Institutions in the Med
Center and to the nearby NASA Johnson Space Research Center. Send
