I am trying to search for a Drosophila pseudoobscura ortholog of a gene in D. melanogaster. I found a D. pseudoobscura contig by blasting the melanogaster sequnce, but the pseudoobscura sequence hasn't been annotated. Does any kind of annotation for the pseudoobscura genome exist somewhere on the web ? thanks for any help, Stefan Luschnig
