nomenclature for the Gal4 UAS System

Dear  Drosophists,

What is the official nomenclature for the Gal4 UAS System?
  I often saw the double colon used for this purpose. But as far as I know 
the double colon is reserved for fusion genes (e.g. CD8::GFP).

If you express for example engrailed (en) in a scabrous (sca) expression 
pattern, how would or should this written down?

sca::en wrong !

sca-Gal4/UAS-en??

sca/en??

sca-en
