Hello group. I am confused about a particular translocation
(nomenclature). It's Bloomington stock #882. The genotype is

T(2;4)ast[v] / In(2L)Cy, In(2R)Cy, al[2] Cy[1] L[4] sp[2]

Lindsley and Zimm describe T(2;4)ast[V] as "2p4d" with breakpoints at
21E2-3;101. Questions...

---Is this stock is haploid for the second? or did arm 2L move to the
fourth?
---Does this stock have two wild type copies of four? or does one of
the fourths carry a translocated 2L?
---What does the T(2;4) chromosome segregate with?

Thanks for your help
---Karmella Haynes
