[Drosophila] Total protein

Help! Can anyone tell me or point me in the direction of where I can find 
out how much protein is in Drosophila embryos/1st-, 2nd- ,3rd-instar larvae 
etc. I am trying to work out the correct amount of protein to use for a 
Western blot and thus the number of larvae/ amount of embryos to squish up!
