Version 4.0 of FlyMine is now available at www.flymine.org.

FlyMine is an integrated database of genomic, expression and protein data from
Drosophila, Anopheles and C. elegans. As an integrated resource it is possible
to run data mining queries that span domains of biological knowledge.

Data currently in FlyMine includes genome annotation, orthologues, microarray gene
expression, protein interactions, protein domains/families and predicted 3D protein domain structures.
For a full list of data sources see: www.flymine.org/sources

Version 4.0 has major changes and improvements to layout and content. The home page now
shows 'aspect' icons and query options. Summary pages (accessed through quick search)
have been redesigned to provide more immediate access to data. New data include
Drosophila time course microarray data (Arbeitman et al, 2002), human disease gene
matches from Homophila, and more protein interaction experiments from IntAct.
For a list of all changes see www.flymine.org/release-notes
