[Drosophila] New Bloomington Web Site

[Kathy Matthews]

The Bloomington Stock Center web site has been reengineered for behind the scenes 
improvements and reorganized to bring more of the value-added content to the fore. 
New browsing pages feature more links to FlyBase and the insertion browsing pages 
include more information from the Bloomington database. A few pages of the new 
site are still under construction but should be complete soon.

The base URL has not changed, but bookmarks to previous versions of individual 
pages may no longer be valid.
