Dear Fly community, does anyone know of a drug and a corresponding drug resistance gene cassette that could be used to select transgenic larvae? The idea would be to grow larvae in drug-containing food and only those possessing the drug resistance gene would survive (sort of like E. coli selection). Thanks for any insight. Eric
