Flyatlas.org provides authoritative expression profiles for multiple
Drosophila adult (and some larval) tissues. We have two new views!
http://flyatlas.org/mobile.cgi
Now you can check out FlyAtlas from your internet-capable mobile
phone or handheld! The small-screen friendly view cuts out the
description of the resource - you just get the search box and the
result. So now, whether you have your brilliant insight in a seminar
or at the bar, you can get the data you want right away!
http://flyatlas.org/blast.cgi
This is for you cross-species functional genomicists. Simply paste a
protein sequence from any source, wait 10 s, and get the expression
data for all Drosophila genes that are close matches to your search
sequence. That automates about 4 manual steps that you probably
wondered about automating...
Or of course, there's still good old http://flyatlas.org ...
