[Drosophila] BrDU Labelling

Hallo everybody,
at the moment I'm trying to label tracheal cells in larvae (early  
first instar larvae) using a BrdU-antibody, by feeding the larvae a  
BrDu-fly medium mixture.
Unfortunately, I'm not successful, although this experiment is  
standardised in Drosophila labs worldwide. Can anybody do me a favour  
and send me a protocol (BrDu concentration, feeding time, andibody  
concentration!).
