[Drosophila] w- UAS construct & tubulin>GAL4 driver

Dear All:

Does anybody have a UAS vector plasmid without w+ marker?  Also a
tubulin>GAL4 driver (either a transgenic line or vector for transformation,
without w+ would be better)?

We¹d like to produce GAL4/UAS transgenic lines to cross wm4h to examine the
effects of our genes on PEV.

I¹d appreciate your help!!
