Hello!
I'm interested in working in the Drosophila pupal epithelium.
However, most literature about Drosophila pupa is very old...
Does anyone have some ideas about the difficulties and protocols for
dissecting and manipulating Drosophila pupae (without getting it killed)?
Also, does anyone know which is the best part of the pupa to visualize the
epithelium? The Thorax or the Abdomen?
