Lecturer in Genetics
School of Biological Sciences
Monash University
The School is seeking to appoint a molecular, cellular or
developmental geneticist to a continuing appointment at Lecturer level
B. The successful applicant will have considerable and relevant
postdoctoral research experience and will be expected to establish a
strong independent research program as well as building collaborative
research links within and outside the School.
The appointee will be required to supervise graduate and honours
research students and to contribute to a range of undergraduate
genetics teaching programs.
Applicants must hold a PhD in Genetics or a relevant area, have a
strong record of publications in international journals, and have
evidence of the ability to attract external research funds.
