If the P-element is on X chromosome
Cross I Cross IA
P/P * FM3/FM7 FM3/FM7 * (transposase) delta 2-3 kinked sb
(red eye color)
Cross II
P/FM7 * +/FM7 ; +/625

Hi Drosophilists,
Could any of you guide me (schematic) to generate imprecise or precise excisions or deletions using p-element insertion lines available in the stock centres?
Any help would be highly appreciated.
Sincerely, Venkat
