Dear Amira,

Write something more, what the homozygous phenotype is.  Are your 
mutants alleles of one gene? Your second chromosome caught lethal 
mutation(s) and you can get rid of them, but to choose the best strategy 
we need more data.  Another point, which might be important: what 
markers are present on the chromosome(s).
