metals and vines

I'm interested in the translocation of Cu/Fe and Pb in the grapevine. 
I'm researching the contamination of soils with pesticide and 
fertiliser impurities and the possible translocation of heavy metals 
in to the grapevine. Would the metals be taken mainly into the leaf 
or some into the grape?
Are olive trees more or less sensitive to metals in soils than vines?
