new chair of Physiological Ecology Section of the Ecological Society

Evan Delucia (Univeristy of Illinois) is the new chair of the Section for 
the next two years.

Thanks to members of the Section for good voter participation.  With two
strong candidates, Barb Gartner and Evan Delucia, the election was rather 
close.

Thanks to both for being willing to stand for election.
