EMBL cumulative updates

For those who use the version of the EMBL cumulative update file from the
EBI which has been split into 5 parts, please note that the next incarnation of
this will be in 6 parts, the additional file being cum_htg2.dat.gz

This obviously is the result of a huge increase in the flow of 'high throughput'
genome sequence, especially human, and this change is necessary to prevent
the cum_htg1.dat uncompressed file growing over 2GB
