New HTC division

Dear Users,

As described in the EMBL 63 release notes, there will be a new division, HTC,
for high throughput cDNA sequences, see:
 http://www.ebi.ac.uk/embl/Documentation/Release_notes/current/relnotes.html

Please note that daily update files starting with r63u001 may contain entries
of this division, depending on when the first data are submitted to the
database.
