enhancer sequence

  Dear Netters !

In order to increase the expression of GFP S65T in mouse myoblasts, I'd like 
to clone an enhancer sequence of an appropiate and highly active myoblast 
transcription factor in my GFP vectors (large low-copy plasmids of 11 and 14 
kb).

Any suggestions ?
