Kozak sequence

I'm doing GFP expression in mammalian cells microinjecting constructed
mRNA which contains 5'cap, GFP coding region and poly A track. But it 
does not have Kozak sequence. I observed some fluorescence but wonder if
the signal could be increased. Somebody have information about 
comparison of mRNA expression with Kozak sequence and without it in 
mammalian cells?
Please let me know if you have any.
