E. coli chromosome integrated GFP

Hi everybody!

I would like to know if someone has integrated GFP into E. coli
chromosome. We are working on ribozymes in vivo and we are searching
better ways to measure ribozyme activity.
	Also, do you think GFP mRNA would be a good target for either
antisense or ribozymes?
