Looking for Inexpensive/used fluoresence microscope

Hello.

	I am in need of a microscope for fluoresence imaging of dna 
	fragments. I would like to know if you know of any 
	good suppliers of used or new microscopes. How expensive are 
	this devices ? How large is the working distance between the 
	sample and the objective ? (need 2 cm at least ) Light must 
	be coming from the top of the sample.
