this is from a coworker at the Dept. of Animal Sciences at Univ. of
Illinois....
she says to buy a GFP filter set from Chroma Technology Corp.
(Brattleboro, VT, USA) with a Epifluorescence microscope.
also make sure to use the correct wavelength for excitation of the GFP
