measuring gfp

hello everyone,

i was wondering if anyone can help me; i've transfected rat brain tumor
cells, cos cells, and ovarian tumor cells.  i wanted to know if there are
any references or protocol(s) anyone can refer me to so that i can
quantitate the gfp produced by these cells.  someone mentioned using a
fluoremeter. another person mentioned using flow cytometry.  can anyone
help?...i will appreciate any information i can get.
