CFP/YFP FRET??

Hello

I tried it (same set of filters) in XLaevis cells and I saw
that CYAN(+) cells that did not have YFP appeared "positive" in the FRET
filter. I do not have a good explanation for this. In theory YFP should not
get excited by 440 nm light...
