quantitation of gfp with a fluoroimager

[Dr. Peter Reichmann]

We use gfp constructs to study cell-cycle dependent gene expression in
streptococcus pneumoniae. We want to quantify the fluorescence of bacterial
cells in microtiter plates with a Fluoroimager (Molecular Dynamics).
Does anybody have a working protocol for such an assay?
