GFP and Y-PER

Has anyone looked at  GFP fluorescence in the presence of Y-PER the
Pierce yeast extraction buffer?  GFP is ok with the bacterial extraction
buffer B-PER, but Pierce haven't tried the Y-PER.  The GFP I'm
specifically interested is the enhanced UV GFP containing the F99S,
M153T and V163A mutations.  Please post or Email.
