Anyone used Molecular Probes ALEXA dyes?

I agree with the previous reply re: Alexa488- I think it's a great dye. I
use it with molecular probes anti-fade medium ProLong. On the contrary,
Alexa 350 is not very bright and bleaches quite fast.
