eGFP expression in CHOK1

Dear All,
    I'm using pEGFPN1 to make a fusion protein. I initiated transient
transfection with calcium phosphate method assays in CHO-K1 cells but I
cannot observe any expression at all! When I tried in HEK-293 or TSA-201
cells the expression by the same method is highly efficient, do you know
what is going on? do you know if the antigen T has anything to do?
