Dear Newsgrop, Has anyone out there succesfully expressed a small cytokine or other soluble protein (8-10 kDa) to which GFP has been fused at the C-terminus? I intend to use Sf21 cells and utilise the native cytokine signal peptide to get the protein into the supernatant. Many thanks, James
