We are imaging live cells expressing EGFP-fusion proteins over a time
period - we need images every 5-15 sec, for about 15-60m. Even at the
lower end of this time course (15 sec x 15 min), we observe significant
photoxicity.
Are there any drugs that the cells could be treated with, to prevent
some of this? Some sort of free oxygen radical scavenger?
What about side effects?
Thanks for your consideration!
