has anyone used Creator TEchnology from Clonetech.

Hi,

I am trying to get into making constructs of several genes with GFP for several purposes. The CREATOR technology from Clonetech seems to be promising. It works on loxP/Cre based system. Did anyone work with the pDNR plasmid from clonetech and used their loxP conversion kit. Please let me know how good it is practically if you have more insight in it. Thanks again,
