Message-ID: <1173278903.252218.214590@64g2000cwx.googlegroups.com> Hi there, I am a PhD student in Dortmund/Germany and would like to set up a luciferase assay- does anyone have experience how to solve the reagents (luciferase, D-luciferin sodium salt), how stable they are in solution and if you can freeze stock solutions? And how stable the bioluminescent signal is? Thanks a lot in advance!
