Haplotype construction

We have the following problem: We have typed 5 closely linked markers 
in an extended pedigree and would like to construct the haplotypes based
on the marker and family information. Currently, we are constructing the 
haplotypes by hand. Does anyone know of a somputer program that does 
this construction bit automatically?
Some-one suggested that CRIMAP did this. If so, where can we get
this program?
