Dear netters,
1) I want to determine the chromosomal location of a MOUSE cDNA.
I think I can do this in two ways; doing a FISH or performing interspecific backcrossing.
Do you know which technique is most precise in determining the
chromosomal location ?
Is there an even beter technique ?
2) Are there organisations who distribute mouse gDNA to perform interspecific
backcrossing?
Thank you for your reply,
Marc Van de Craen
