POINTER for PCs: FTP-able?

Greetings all. We have been using a PC/DOS version of POINTER for
several years; alas we no longer can find the original disk with its
supporting docs, etc. A colleague has asked for a copy, and rather than only
giving him the executables and our own notes, I'm wondering... is there an
FTP/gopher/web site with the PC-POINTER package available? The U.K. FTP site
(listed in the Linkage-FAQ web page at Columbia) has only source, etc. for SUN
systems. Thanks in advance.
