Could you be more specific?  Do you mean a program to test the hypothesis
of HW equilibrium?  SW Guo wrote such a program - reference is Guo &
Thompson Biometrics 1992 (June, I think).  The approach can handle very
large numbers of alleles & is being distributed via ftp.  The site is:
