I have updated TWOLOC, a program to compute maximum lodscores (MLS) for
two-locus susceptibility gene models as applied to the analysis of
affected sibpair (ASP) data (Genetic Epidemiology 14(2):103-116, 1997).

This version includes a novel generalization of the Risch multiplicative
model as implemented by Dr. Heather Cordell (Dept. Epidemiology and
Biostatistics, Case Western Reserve University), so it is now possible to
compare the fit of two-locus epistatic models, additive models or
multiplicative models for two susceptibility genes that may be linked (or
unlinked). The software is available by anonymous FTP from
ftp://ftp.well.ox.ac.uk/pub/genetics/twoloc
