tgf-b and secretion

Hi,
	I am a french graduate student working on TGF-b superfamily members
and it is the first time I use remarq.com. I hope many people will be
nice to answer my questions.
	I would like to know features about the secretion of these protein:
		* signal sequence of secretion (amino acids features, is it cleaved,
by what kind of enzyme)
		* Involvment of of glycosylation
		* Potential involvment of Manose-6-Phosphate and its receptor.
