[Genetic-linkage] help needed in breaking loops

Hi Dr. Schaeffer,
I am a graduate student at  NCSU. I have a pedigree data of dogs which 
contains  many loops (may be 200). I am using FASTLINK software to find 
the recombination rates between markers. I can use MAKEPED to break the 
loops but I  have to assign the loops manually in MAKEPED. Can you 
please let me know if the newer version of FASTLINK can detect and break 
the loops automatically ?
